Program designed for individuals who are interested in learning and/or improving their language skills and knowledge of the Brazilian Portuguese language and culture. The program is subdivided in 6 terms of 32 hours each.
Certificate of Proficiency in Portuguese for Foreigners
Awarded by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), the Celpe-Bras is the only certificate of proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese to be provided as a foreign language qualification that is officially recognized. The program is conferred at four levels: Intermediate, Upper- Intermediate, Pre-Advanced and Advanced education. This program is ideal for individuals interested in getting formal education or a job in Brazil or those who need to have their educational qualifications formally recognised in Portuguese.
